The Edit at d3 is a residential project by Meraas in Dubai Design District, which Meraas calls the region's first and largest design district. It is a group of three towers with soft edges, filleted corners and continuous balcony lines. Sky gardens are cut into the towers as deep recesses, bringing light, greenery and fresh air into the buildings, and the homes look over the water towards the Dubai skyline.
There are 557 homes: one to four bedroom apartments and three signature penthouses. The apartments have open-plan interiors, panoramic windows, sunlit kitchens and bathrooms, and private balconies. The penthouses have double-height living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, sculptural staircases and large private terraces. The sky gardens have built-in seating, planting and paved areas for gatherings.
Amenities include resort-style pools, a gym, a wellness club with yoga, boxing and meditation studios, a padel court, a kids' club, co-working and creative spaces, lounges for teens and gamers, and a private cinema. Meraas describes d3 as 18 million sq ft across five districts, among them The Nest, with a mangrove park and an observation deck over Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. It gives Downtown Dubai and City Walk at 7 minutes, Burj Khalifa and Business Bay at 10, DIFC at 12 and DXB at 15.
