DAMAC Islands 2

DAMAC Islands 2 is an off-plan waterfront community by DAMAC Properties in Dubailand, within a master community of 20 million sq ft. It is inspired by eight island destinations: Bahamas, Tahiti, Bermuda, Barbados, Cuba, Maui, Mauritius and Antigua. The plan follows five pillars the developer calls Nature, Wellness, Adventure, Social and Cultural.

Homes are four and five bedroom villas, six bedroom villas with a maid's room, and five bedroom townhouses with a maid's room. The page lists four bedroom villas of up to 2,186 sq ft and five bedroom villas of up to 3,159 sq ft. The brochure describes villas with private pools and cross-ventilated layouts. It specifies Calacatta Gold porcelain slab flooring in the family living room, porcelain accent walls in the living room and master bathroom, and brushed brass and walnut wood veneer in the living room, master bedroom and master bathroom.

The brochure counts more than 45 amenities. They include a lake and eco park, a waterfall with a restaurant and yoga deck, a botanic garden, a healing spa and saltwater pools, canopy walks, a zipline and treehouse park, eco lodges with organic pools, a natural swimming lagoon, co-working pods, a museum library and a climate dome. DAMAC names The Ranches Souk nearby, Village Community Mall at 10 minutes, South View School Dubai at 18 and Al Maktoum International Airport at 23.
