Solaya

Solaya is a private collection of 234 residences in nine beachfront buildings on the Jumeirah coastline. It is developed by Meraas with Brookfield Properties and designed by Foster + Partners and 1508 London. Meraas describes a restrained aesthetic of refined materials, understated hues and original details, with homes that frame sea and city views and link indoor rooms to the outdoors.

Classic residences have two to five bedrooms and range from 1,900 to 7,600 sq ft, with stone flooring, marble, timber joinery and living rooms placed for the views. Three bedroom garden residences on the ground floor have a private pool and a courtyard garden of more than 3,000 sq ft. Four bedroom duplexes exceed 5,000 sq ft. Each building has one penthouse level, with private lobbies and lifts, floor-to-floor heights of up to 4 metres, a private pool, gym, spa, cinema and staff quarters.

The gated community has direct beach access, a spa with sauna and treatment rooms, a gym and fitness studio, a cinema, a hair salon, meeting rooms and a residents' lounge, with security, concierge and valet parking.
