Sierra is a mixed use residential tower by IMAN Developers in Motor City, Dubai, launched in September 2025. The developer places it 1 minute from Hessa Street and First Avenue Mall.

The tower rises over a basement, a ground floor and 41 floors and holds 593 apartments and 5 ground floor retail units. Homes run from studios starting at 417 sq ft to 4 bedroom duplexes with pools starting at 3,586 sq ft, with 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with study, 2 bedroom and 2 bedroom with maid layouts between.

A 75,000 sq ft amenity deck on the first floor holds a 40 metre leisure pool, an aqua garden, a splash pad and kids play area, a paddle tennis court and a half basketball court, a jogging track, a BBQ area, a clubhouse and a fitness centre, with a further amenity deck on the 17th floor.
