About Granada II at Bloom Living

Granada II is the second phase of Granada, the apartment neighbourhood of Bloom Living, Bloom Holding's gated community in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, close to Zayed International Airport. Bloom Holding launched the phase in May 2025 and schedules completion for Q1 2028.

The phase has eight low-rise buildings with studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments. The brochure gives studios from 366 sq ft and three bedroom apartments up to 2,723 sq ft on the ground floor, where units include a private terrace. Apartments have balconies, large windows and high ceilings.

Residents use the Granada community centres with fitness spaces, cafes, lounges, play areas, pools and shaded playgrounds, plus the wider Bloom Living facilities: the lake with walking and cycling trails, the main Clubhouse, the Town Center, places of worship and two international schools. Bloom Living is an investment zone open to buyers of all nationalities.
